Who are the shipping carriers you use? 
FedEx is 247 Fashion Store's major shipping carrier for the ONLINE orders. The shipping cost will be automatically calculates before check out. You can choose FedEx Ground, Express Saver, 2nd Day Air,  FedEx International Economy, FedEx International Priority.

However, if the shipment has larger quantity, we will recommend Trucking or Freight Services.
 
Trucking Services for U.S Domestic 
 
Under 20 Cases - $350
20-30 Cases - $450.00
Over 40 Cases - Please contact our shipping department for special quote. 
 

Where is your shipping origin?
  • If you place your order through this website, our SHIPPING ORIGIN will be Los Angeles, United States of America. This means the country of your SHIPPING DESTINATION is one of the countries we can ship direct from USA. Please refer to "DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?" for more details.


Do you ship to my country?
We ship to worldwide except some restricted countries imposed by the U.S. Government such as Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Afghanistan, Angola, Rwanda, and Syria. Invoices do not include duties or other taxes. We use UPS Worldwide for international shipments, unless specified by the customer. We also provide international forwarder, please contact us for detail information


How much is my shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated based on 2 scenarios as below:

  1. If you place your order ONLINE through this website, shipping charges is AUTOMATICALLY calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the "CHECKOUT" page where you will be offered Shipping Method and their charges in real time.
  2. If you place your order by FAX, by EMAIL, or by PHONE, we will normally do the calculation of shipping charges MANUALLY and contact you with the details.

How do I estimate delivery time for my order?
For the order that placed ONLINE through this website, you can click on the following links to see how fast your orders will arrive. Use "City of Industry" for the city and "91789" for postal code of ORIGIN.
 
 
Please note that the shipping charges which are calculated MANUALLY due to the reasons in "How much is my shipping?" may use different Shipping Carriers, Shipping Methods, and/or need extra delivery time.

How do you ship to AK, HI and PR?
1) Canada: We ship via Fedex Economy. This is Door-to-door delivery with customs-cleared service.
or you can create an account with CSA Transporation (http://csatransportation.com) to arrange shipping on your behalf.
 
2)Puerto Rico: We ship via Fedex Economy. This is Door-to-door delivery
or you can create an account with Board Cargo (http://boardcargo.com) to arrange shipping on your behalf. 247fashionstore Provide free delivery to Board Cargo if your order are more than 10 Plus cases. If less than 10 cases we do charge $50 U.S dollar per trip to any shipping company in DownTown Los Angeles or any location that is within 30 miles from our office at CA 91789.
 
3) Hawaii and Alaska orders will be ship via Fedex.
Shipments to Hawaii may take an extra day due to time changes.
 
4) Austrlia and all other countries: We ship via Fedex Economy. This is Door-to-door delivery with customs-cleared service. or you can create an account with  DSV AIR & SEA INChttp://www.dsv.com to arrange shipping on your behalf.

When will my order be shipped?
We process your orders to verify availability of your products, shipping selections, Company Information and credit card information.  We process most orders within 24 to 48 hours and will contact you for more information if necessary.
 
Usually for the orders received BEFORE 12pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) on any business weekdays, we normally ship on the same day. All orders received AFTER 12pm on any business weekdays will be shipped the next business day. All orders received on weekends are processed the immediate Monday, shipping out of USA may take longer time due to preparation of custom documents.
 
Please note that larger orders can possiable take longer to prepare due to the time required to inspect.  All orders are inspected before we ship out.
 
How do I track my orders?
You need to login your account on our website by clicking on the "MY ACCOUNT" on the top right and click on the "REVIEW ORDERS / TRACK PACKAGES".
